Dredging works on the Maine, Mayenne, Oudon and Sarthe rivers, 2027–2030

Summary

The contract covers dredging works on the Maine, Mayenne, Oudon and Sarthe rivers in the Maine-et-Loire department during 2027–2030. It is a single-supplier framework agreement under which works will be ordered through purchase orders. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, or on the later notification date if applicable, and runs until 31 December 2027; it may be tacitly renewed three times for one year each. The annual minimum value is EUR 60,000 and the annual maximum is EUR 230,000, excluding VAT. The contracting authority will set the completion period for each order after consulting the contractor. The deadline for tenders is 2 November 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must submit the required declarations and demonstrate relevant previous work, staffing and technical equipment. The contract may include an optional social clause: if the contractor commits to it, at least 70 hours of employment-integration work per year and/or other integration measures are required.
