Operational cybersecurity services and support for the Grand Est academic region

Summary

The tender covers support for strengthening cybersecurity governance in the Grand Est academic region and related technical services. The work includes support for developing cyber governance, technical audits and penetration testing, crisis simulation exercises, and preventive and post-audit technical support as well as real-time incident response. The procurement is a single, undivided lot with a 36-month term: one firm tranche and four optional tranches.
