Renewal of the drinking water supply network in Lesparre-Médoc, 2026–2027
Summary
The contract covers renewal of the drinking water supply network in Lesparre-Médoc during 2026–2027. It is a single-lot contract divided into two phases: the firm phase covers the network on Rue des Alineys and Rue André Laffitau, while the optional phase covers Rue Laborie and Chemin Sainte-Marie. The works include excavation, installation of pipes and fittings, restoration of roads and footpaths, and network cleaning, sterilisation and flushing, drinking-water analysis, pressure testing, compaction tests and as-built documentation. Bidders must submit their price, a works schedule, 5–10 recent comparable references and a methodology statement covering, among other matters, local site constraints, materials, work arrangements, the team, technical resources, waste management and environmental performance. A base offer is mandatory. A variant may also be submitted if it is fully described and priced and is of at least equivalent quality. A site visit is mandatory. Offers must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 12:00. Technical quality accounts for 50% and price for 40%; the weight for the completion-time criterion is inconsistent in the tender documents: 5% in the consultation rules and 10% in the contract notice.
