Technical inspection for the renovation project at the Extension in Nanterre

Summary

The contract is for technical inspection services for the renovation project at the Extension building in Nanterre. The building, including the nursery and Ruban Bleu, will undergo interior renovation, and its energy production will be decarbonised. Some areas will be repurposed for social services, maternal and child health services, support for people with disabilities, and services assisting unaccompanied minors. The estimated works budget is €12.62 million excluding VAT, at December 2025 prices. The project management assignment is expected to start in January 2027 and the works in November 2028; the contract will run for 48 months. Offers will be evaluated on technical criteria weighted at 50%, environmental criteria at 10%, and price at 40%. Unless the contracting authority waives it, an advance payment of 10% is provided for; the arrangements are set out in the administrative contract conditions.
