Subscription agency services 2027–2029

Summary

The City of Gujan-Mestras is procuring subscription agency services for 2027–2029. The provider must place and manage subscriptions to periodicals from various publishers on behalf of the city and its municipal social action centre (CCAS). Subscriptions may cover publications from any geographical origin, in different formats and on different media, including print, CD-ROM and internet access. The provider will be the municipalities’ sole point of contact, ensure subscriptions continue without interruption and handle complaints. The framework agreement will be performed through orders issued by the contracting authority and will run for 36 months. The deadline for submission is 29 October 2026 at 10:00.
