Renovation works at the Orléans South UEMO
Summary
The tender covers the comprehensive renovation of the UEMO building in southern Orléans, at 32 route d’Olivet. The works are divided into 12 separate lots: asbestos and lead removal; site setup, demolition and masonry; façade works; roofing and waterproofing; external and internal joinery; insulation, plastering and suspended ceilings; electrical and low-voltage systems, access control and fire-safety systems; plumbing, heating and ventilation; painting and resilient and hard floor coverings; and roads, utilities and landscaping. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The expected works duration is 10 months. Materials must be carefully removed and reused where possible; lots 9–11 also involve sourcing materials for reuse. The contract includes a mandatory social-inclusion condition. Unrestricted variants are not permitted, but required variants apply to lots 7, 10, 11 and 12; a base offer must also be submitted. Mandatory additional services are the power supply for an electric bicycle charging point in lot 8, building management systems in lot 9, and construction of a multi-sports court in lot 12. A site visit is mandatory before submitting an offer, and the visit certificate must be included. The submission deadline is 30 October 2026 at 16:00, and offers must remain valid for 180 days. Offers are evaluated on technical quality (45%), environmental performance (15%) and price (40%). Tenderers must demonstrate financial, technical and professional capacity and submit the required price breakdown, technical and environmental descriptions, and other documents specified in the tender documents for each lot.
