Summary

The contract is for project-management assistance to resume, consolidate and complete the intermunicipal local urban plan for the Vesoul Agglomeration. The work is divided into a main phase through the new formal adoption of the plan, allowing 9 months to carry out the assignment and 11 months for validation related to that adoption. An optional additional phase provides support for 6 months after the new adoption. Offers will be evaluated on price (30%), technical merit (60%) and environmental merit (10%); the contracting authority may negotiate.
