Structural remediation works to Building T at Louis Davier High School

Summary

The tender covers the remediation of structural damage to Building T at Louis Davier High School in Joigny, together with associated renovation works. Its nine lots cover asbestos removal and demolition; external networks and masonry; roofing and waterproofing; facade insulation and refurbishment; external joinery and metalwork; plastering and suspended ceilings; painting and resilient flooring; heating and plumbing; and electrical works and fire safety systems. The works are expected to last 17 months, or 74 weeks, including four weeks of preparation. The building will remain in use, and work is to continue during each school holiday.
