Replacement of ventilation systems at GHT Yvelines Nord

Summary

The contract covers replacement of motors and equipment in the mechanical ventilation (VMC) systems at hospitals and other facilities of the GHT Yvelines Nord. The work includes removing existing units, supplying and installing new ventilation units and accessories, adapting existing air ducts, completing electrical and air connections, and testing, adjusting and commissioning the systems. Work will take place in occupied hospital, office and technical buildings, so the contractor must protect patients, staff and property and limit noise and other disruption. The anticipated works period is three months. The submission deadline is 22 October 2026 at 12:00. The contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must hold valid RGE qualifications and valid qualifications for installing both single-flow and double-flow ventilation systems. They must have a current partnership with an energy-saving certificate (CEE) obligated party, delegate or agent, and accept without reservation that payment for all or part of the work will be made through the CEE mechanism. The bid must include the required qualification and capacity evidence, the completed price breakdown in both Excel and PDF formats, the contract commitment form, a technical memorandum of up to 25 pages, and technical data sheets for the proposed equipment and work. Bids are assessed on CEE value (40%), technical merit (40%) and the proposed completion period (20%). The proposed CEE remuneration must be consistent with the energy savings expected from the works; the contractor bears the risk that the certificates are not issued or their value falls. The technical proposal must explain work organisation and resources, safety measures and disruption control. The offer must meet the technical requirements, including applicable ventilation and electrical standards and equipment energy-efficiency and noise limits.
