Digitisation solution for electronic and hybrid registered letters

Summary

The contract concerns making available, operating, maintaining and upgrading a digitisation solution for registered electronic letters with acknowledgement of receipt and hybrid registered letters for the needs of the Paris Police Prefecture. The solution must enable dispatch, tracking and archiving of mail in accordance with applicable legislation. This is a single-provider framework agreement with an annual ceiling of EUR 660,000 excluding VAT. It runs for one year and may be renewed three times, for a maximum total term of four years. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 16:00. Evaluation gives 60% to technical quality, 30% to price and 10% to environmental and social performance.
