Voice traffic services in mobile telephony, data traffic in mobility and mobile messaging services

Summary

The procurement concerns FUAM’s purchase of mobile telecommunications services, including voice traffic in mobile telephony, data traffic in mobility, and mobile messaging services, with the optional supply of terminals.
