Modernisation of IT equipment for school staff

Summary

The tender concerns a project to modernise approximately 1,500 dedicated IT workstations used by staff at schools in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, improving their security and replacing them between 2027 and 2031. The work includes an initial study at around ten representative schools, design of the target architecture and maintenance and support arrangements, preparation of migration and communications plans, and planning and delivery of a pilot followed by wider deployment. The framework agreement will run for 48 months, be awarded to a single supplier without lots, and has a maximum value of EUR 550,000 excluding VAT. Payment is based on unit rates and orders; bidders must complete all required green cells in the price schedule.
