Supply, delivery and administration of meal vouchers

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and administration of electronic meal vouchers for employees of the municipality of Palavas-les-Flots and its port authority. It is divided into two separate lots. The vouchers must be provided in digital form on smart cards and delivered within the municipality of Palavas-les-Flots. The framework agreement will be carried out through orders at unit and lump-sum prices. A maximum of one supplier will be selected for each lot, and bidders may submit offers for and be awarded up to two lots. Performance is stated to run for four years; the initial period is 14 months, including two months for preparation and distribution of the cards to employees, and the contract may be renewed up to three times under the conditions set out in the tender documents. Environmental performance conditions described in the tender documents apply. Offers must be submitted electronically.
