Technical project management support and maintenance and operational services for SAP applications

Summary

The tender covers technical project management support for the French blood service’s SAP applications, together with corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance, operational availability services and operations maintenance. It is divided into five lots: (1) SAP R3/S4 HR modules and SAP SuccessFactors; (2) other SAP R3/S4 HANA-based application modules, SAP Business Technology Platform and Business Warehouse; (3) technical operations and architecture for SAP R3/S4 on HANA, plus SAP Business Technology Platform; (4) SAP Concur; and (5) SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud. The planned contract term is up to four years: an initial 12-month period with three possible 12-month renewals. The maximum framework agreement values are EUR 4.8 million, EUR 20 million, EUR 3.2 million, EUR 1.6 million and EUR 2.4 million for lots 1 to 5 respectively. Estimated values are stated for lots 1, 3, 4 and 5 at EUR 2.4 million, EUR 1.6 million, EUR 800,000 and EUR 1.2 million respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 November 2026 at 12:00. Technical quality accounts for 60% of the evaluation and price for 40%; variants are not permitted, and electronic invoicing is required.
