Summary

Gironde Numérique is procuring insurance services divided into five lots: property and related risks; civil liability and related risks; motor vehicles and related risks; legal protection for the authority, its employees and elected representatives; and statutory employment-risk insurance. Bidders may tender for one or more lots and must submit a separate offer for each lot. Lots 1–4 require a basic offer and a variant with a higher deductible. For lot 5, bidders must submit offers covering different combinations of risks, including a mandatory higher-deductible variant for the first basic offer. Bidders must be insurers or intermediaries authorised to conduct insurance business and provide evidence of their qualifications. Offers must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 19 October 2026 at 12:00. Offers will be assessed on price (70%) and technical quality (30%). The contract starts on 1 January 2027 for two years, with two possible one-year renewals.
