Catering services for 100–200 people

Summary

The tender is for catering services for events organised by the City of Vincennes, mainly cocktail receptions for 100–200 people. The contractor will supply savoury and sweet bite-size items against orders; the standard menu lists combinations containing 5–24 items, with prices to be quoted for 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200 people. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum order volume and a maximum value of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. It runs for 12 months, and unit prices remain fixed throughout. The four highest-ranked candidates whose applications are admitted will be invited to provide, free of charge, 10 different savoury and 6 different sweet items. Samples will be assessed for appearance, taste, practicality and texture, and products supplied during the contract must meet the sample standard. Bids will be evaluated on quality (30%), price (40%), sustainability (25%) and delivery time (5%). Candidates must provide the required information on turnover, workforce, technical resources and relevant services performed in the last three years, as well as evidence of tax and social-compliance status.
