Supply of Medicines and Pharmaceutical Products

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medicines and other pharmaceutical products, together with pharmaceutical services, for CAPS medical care facilities. It is divided into two lots: the first covers facilities in Rosières-aux-Salines and Bayon, and the second covers facilities in Châlons-en-Champagne. This is a framework agreement under which up to 10 operators may be selected; a bidder may submit an offer for and be selected for both lots. The maximum framework agreement amount is EUR 1,111,300, and the planned duration is five years from 1 January 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026.
