Translation, data entry and formatting of European patent application abstracts into French

Summary

The contract covers translating abstracts of European patent applications from English or German into French, as well as entering and formatting them for INPI. It is a single-provider framework agreement with orders placed as needed; there is no minimum volume, and the annual maximum is EUR 45,000 excluding VAT. The contract runs for one year and may be renewed tacitly once, for a total duration of no more than two years. The bid must include the translation test results attached to the DC form; otherwise, it will be considered non-compliant and rejected. Evaluation is based on the bid price (60%), technical quality (30%) and translation test results (10%). A consortium may be joint or several; in a joint consortium, the lead member is jointly liable with the other members. A candidate may not submit a bid both individually and as a member of one or more consortia.
