Improvement of Vivier-au-Court Town Hall Square and Rue René Gouverneur

Summary

The contract covers improvements to the town hall square and Rue René Gouverneur in Vivier-au-Court: making approximately 5,000 m² of surface more permeable, adding planting, and carrying out road and utility network works. It is a single-lot contract divided into a firm phase (the square on the kiosk side) and an optional phase (the square on the town hall side and the central roadway). Work is expected to start in December 2026. The preparation period is 15 working days, the firm phase is 40 working days and the optional phase is 35 working days; the overall maximum is 90 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 2 November 2026 at 12:00. Paper bids will not be evaluated. The bid must include the price schedule, technical memorandum and required qualification and capacity evidence. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and technical and environmental quality for 60%. The technical memorandum must address, among other matters, relevant past work, the team and work organisation, schedule, materials, quality checks, site constraints and measures to reduce environmental impact.
