Recovery of biowaste collected in the SITTOMAT area

Summary

The tender covers the recovery of biowaste collected by SITTOMAT members in the Var department, excluding biowaste collected by the Gulf of Saint-Tropez Community of Municipalities (CCGST). It is divided into two lots: the eastern area (CCMPM, CCVG and MTPM), with a maximum of 770 tonnes, and the western area (CASSB), with a maximum of 130 tonnes. The contract is order-based, has no minimum quantity and runs for 12 months. Bids are assessed, among other things, on the proposed technical solution, process performance, the staff and equipment assigned to the contract, and quality and safety management. For the environmental assessment, bidders must describe the final treatment outlets and their distances, and justify the carbon footprint calculation; transport-related greenhouse gas emissions must be reduced by 3% each year.
