Graphic design and production of print and web materials

Summary

The contract covers the graphic design and production of print and web materials for GIP Union Retraite to promote Info Retraite’s online services, inform insured people and assist them with pension-related procedures. Some materials will also concern Union Retraite itself. This is a single-supplier framework agreement under which work will be ordered as needed: between 1 and 40 orders are provided for each of the print and web categories over the full contract term. Payment is based on unit prices, which remain fixed throughout the contract. The agreement starts on 28 April 2027, runs initially for 12 months and may be renewed annually for a total term of up to four years. Each order sets the delivery deadline; if none is specified, the maximum is 30 calendar days. Digital materials must meet applicable accessibility requirements, and defects must be corrected at no extra cost. Bidders must submit a technical offer, including a practical exercise, and a financial offer; the detailed participation and submission requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
