Support for GDPR Compliance and Quality Management

Summary

The procurement covers two 12-month service lots for the Grand Port Maritime de la Martinique: support for GDPR compliance and quality management. Lot 1 concerns maintaining and strengthening GDPR compliance, including managing the backlog and supporting evidence, applying the PDCA method and risk and process management, and producing a shared dashboard of indicators and progress. Lot 2 covers structuring and managing the quality approach, conducting diagnostics and internal audits, and introducing performance indicators.
