Safety inspections of sports surfaces

Summary

The tender covers safety inspections of outdoor and indoor sports surfaces and their lighting in the Toulouse area, to assess compliance with the standards in force and support classification or homologation. Sites may include natural and artificial turf pitches, athletics tracks, tennis and padel courts, multisport pitches, swimming pools and sports halls. This is a single-operator framework agreement, carried out through orders and paid at unit rates. The planned period runs from 4 January 2027 to 4 January 2028; the contract may be renewed up to three times under the conditions set out in the tender documents.
