Restructuring and extension of the fire and rescue centre in Luçon

Summary

The tender concerns the restructuring and extension of the fire and rescue centre in Luçon. The project covers 1,273 m² of extension works, 987 m² of restructuring and 118 m² of demolition. It is divided into 19 lots, covering works such as earthworks, landscaping, structural and demolition works, timber structures, roofing, joinery, partitions, finishes, cleaning, plumbing, heating, ventilation and electrical installations. Offers must be submitted by 16 October 2026 at 12:00. A site visit is mandatory for lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18 and 19; visits are scheduled for 24 and 25 September 2026, and an attendance certificate will be issued.
