Naturalist surveys to improve knowledge of the Limoges Métropole area – 2027–2030
Summary
The tender covers naturalist surveys in the Limoges Métropole area divided into three lots: 1) insects, 2) mammals, reptiles and amphibians, and 3) birds. The objective is to collect baseline fauna data, support the preparation and assessment of nature-management plans, feed the local biodiversity observatory and assess populations of notable species. One framework agreement will be awarded to a single operator for each lot, with no minimum value; the annual maximums are EUR 25,000, EUR 35,000 and EUR 25,000 excluding VAT respectively. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The services include literature and data research, daytime and, where relevant, night-time field surveys, data analysis, mapping, laboratory work, reporting and meetings. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are technical value 60%, price 30% and environmental value 10%.
