Summary

The tender concerns advisory and client-side project management support for shaping Altemed’s land function and strategy. The work covers the analysis of internal organisation, roles, responsibilities, processes and competences; the operational development of the group’s land development strategy; land-holding solutions, strategic tools and financial assessment. It also includes an initial assessment, benchmarking of comparable organisations, development of organisational scenarios, process formalisation and analysis of land-related issues. The fixed part covers the first assignment in full and the first two phases of the second assignment; the optional part covers further development of the selected direction, decision-making and preparation of an implementation trajectory. The contract duration is 11 months and the deadline for submitting tenders is 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Tenders will be evaluated on technical quality (60%), environmental value (10%) and price (30%).
