Supply, implementation and maintenance of a solution for submitting and managing urban planning, pre-emption declaration and business transfer files for the municipalities of Le Mans Métropole

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, implementation and maintenance of a digital solution for managing urban planning files, declarations of intention to alienate and declarations of transfer of business assets for the municipalities of Le Mans Métropole. The services include installation, configuration, necessary development, data migration, digital service portals and hosting, user and administrator training, technical and functional support, and corrective and evolutionary maintenance. The ordinary supply and implementation contract is paid at a fixed price, while maintenance and development are covered by a framework agreement with a maximum value of EUR 140,000 excluding VAT over four years. The estimated total value is EUR 250,000. A maximum of four candidates may be selected to submit an offer.
