Support, engineering and IT asset management services for workplace environments

Summary

The tender concerns workplace environment support, engineering and IT asset management services for Nantes University Hospital. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single provider and covers user help desk support, on-site support and equipment management, reinforcement for IT projects, support related to relocation, a transition phase and service handover at the end of the contract.
