Application maintenance services for the six water agencies

Summary

The procurement concerns a single-award framework agreement for corrective, adaptive and evolutionary application maintenance for six French water agencies. It is divided into two lots, and a bidder may apply for only one lot: Lot 1 covers the Artois-Picardie, Loire-Bretagne and Rhin-Meuse agencies, while Lot 2 covers Adour-Garonne, Rhône-Méditerranée-Corse and Seine-Normandie. Price accounts for 40 points; the other criteria concern human resources (27 points), organization and methodology (23 points), and environmental and social performance (10 points).
