Photography services for urban environment rental apartments 2026–2029

Summary

The City of Helsinki’s urban environment division is procuring photography of its privately financed rental apartments, with the images intended for uses such as marketing the apartments. An average of 15–20 apartments will be photographed per month, but the contracting authority does not guarantee a specific order volume. Photos must be delivered to the contracting authority no later than the fourth working day after an order is placed; the contract will be awarded to one service provider.
