Request for information: repair works in special housing common areas and apartments, and housing company apartments

Summary

Heka, the City of Helsinki’s housing company, is holding a market dialogue to prepare a planned procurement of repair works. The planned procurement has two lots: repairs to apartments and common areas in special housing properties, and repairs to apartments in housing company properties. The work includes, among other things, repairs or replacement of interior finishes, flooring and fixtures, installation of accessibility and safety aids, and related heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical work where needed; minor repairs may also be ordered on an hourly basis.
