Demolition of two daycare buildings

Summary

The City of Kokkola is procuring the demolition of two daycare buildings and other structures as a lump-sum contract. The single-storey timber-framed building at Tervanpolttajankatu 6 has a floor area of 1,060.5 m², and the single-storey precast-concrete building at Mariankatu 8 has a floor area of 522 m². The works also include the removal of asbestos and hazardous materials in accordance with surveys carried out at the sites.
