Invitation to market dialogue: Building services design services for 2027

Summary

The City of Espoo is preparing a procurement of building services design services and inviting companies to a market dialogue. The planned expert services and studies concern buildings owned or leased for use by the city, including renovation, alteration and repair projects, user-oriented space changes, and heating, ventilation, energy and lifecycle planning. The city’s portfolio comprises more than 1,400 public buildings.
