Atlassian Cloud licences and administrator support

Summary

Kallio Software Oy is procuring the resale, centralised billing and administration of its existing Atlassian Cloud subscriptions, Marketplace apps and usage-based resources, together with support for its Atlassian administrators. The environment includes Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Atlassian Guard and seven paid Marketplace apps. Billing is monthly during 2027 and switches to annual billing from 1 January 2028; administrator support is ordered as needed, with an estimated 300 hours over the 24-month comparison period and no minimum purchase commitment.
