Regional street and municipal infrastructure construction management services 2027–2028

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring project management and client-side construction management services for streets and municipal infrastructure, including preparation, construction management and supervision, safety coordination, cost and quality management, and the preparation of reports and studies. The procurement is divided into four regional lots: southern, western, northern and eastern Helsinki. Services are to be provided from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option to extend the period from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030.
