Request for information and invitation to market dialogue: Security and risk management expert services 2026

Summary

The Finnish Tax Administration is preparing a procurement of security and risk management consulting and expert services and is holding a market dialogue in advance. The preliminary topics include information security, identity and access management, cybersecurity, risk management and internal control, audits, security incident management, security communications, personal and workplace security, and preparedness. These are subject areas, not lots; service providers would support the buyer through consulting, development and training assignments. The planned contract start is April 2027.
