Design-and-build contract for the Parainen residential care unit

Summary

The wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland is procuring the design and construction of a residential care unit for older people in Parainen as an integrated design-and-build project. The new building will replace the existing Koivukoto assisted-living accommodation and provide 45 apartments for round-the-clock residential care and 15 apartments for communal living.
