Summary

Mikalo Oy is procuring hardware-store and building supplies for property maintenance and apartment renovation under a framework agreement with one supplier, running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The selected supplier will serve as the buyer’s primary collection point for building supplies in Mikkeli. The goods include, among other items, doors, mouldings, timber, paints, levelling compounds, waterproofing materials, fasteners, hand tools and protective equipment; electrical and heating, ventilation and plumbing supplies are also covered on a supplementary basis. The agreement does not require the buyer to purchase any fixed quantity.
