Media monitoring and analytics system

Summary

The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is procuring a media monitoring and analytics system as a software service, including its operating environment, implementation project, expert services, support and maintenance. The procurement is divided into two lots: monitoring of domestic editorial media, and monitoring of social media and international editorial media. The contracts will initially run until 31 December 2028 and will then continue indefinitely.
