Summary

Kansaneläkelaitos (Kela), Finland’s social insurance institution, is procuring a SaaS-based electronic message exchange service. It covers the electronic exchange of sales and purchase invoices and purchase orders, invoice visualisation, printing and dispatch, scanning and digitisation, message management and viewing, and expert services. Implementation, maintenance, support and ongoing service management are also included. The contract runs for an initial four years and then continues indefinitely.
