Electricity Network Management Support System (DMS)

Summary

Savon Voima Verkko Oy is procuring an electricity distribution management system (DMS) to support grid monitoring and operation, fault handling, outage management, analysis and reporting, with integrations to the buyer’s other systems. The solution will be installed in the buyer’s own server or virtualised environment. The supply includes software and licences, implementation, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, documentation, training, and maintenance and support services. The planned system life is at least 10 years; the contract is intended to run from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2037 and then continue indefinitely.
