Procurement of technical assessments, investigations and design services for premises 2026

Summary

The City of Espoo and its subsidiaries are procuring a four-year framework agreement for technical assessments, investigations and design services for their premises. The seven lots cover structural design for new construction, renovation and alteration works; acoustics; fire safety; demolition and material reuse; expert and condition-investigation services; laboratory analyses of materials and indoor environments; and circular economy and life-cycle planning. The agreement has an estimated total value of EUR 21.9 million excluding VAT. Services are scheduled to begin on 21 January 2027, and the contract term may run until 20 January 2031 at the latest.
