Maintenance, repair and upkeep services for lifts, doors, barriers and gates

Summary

The City of Turku is procuring maintenance, repair and upkeep services for electrically powered lifts, doors, barriers and gates for the city and other participating entities. The procurement has three lots: lifts; doors, barriers and gates; and the funicular. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, and one supplier will be selected for each lot. The contract is planned to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with a possible two-year extension at the contracting authority’s discretion, from 1 January 2031 to 31 December 2032. An employment condition applies to the lift-services lot; if the same supplier is selected for both the lift and funicular lots, it applies to both. A site visit for the funicular lot is mandatory, and participants must register by 14:00 on 15 October 2026. The bid submission deadline is 3 November 2026.
