Streaming services
Summary
The Finnish Institute of Occupational Health is preparing a competition for streaming services, planned to take place by early 2027 at the latest. Under the preliminary plan, the selected provider would work with the institute to produce multi-camera live web broadcasts, mainly webinars. The service would cover a planning meeting, production setup, a technical rehearsal and the live broadcast. The institute expects a streaming platform with chat and a publication-ready recording with subtitles in the presentation language; where needed, the recording would also be published on a platform specified by the institute. Some broadcasts may be streamed to Yle Areena, and hybrid event production may occasionally be required. Most broadcasts would take place in the institute’s small studio in Helsinki, which has lighting, two filming areas, three PTZ cameras and a wireless microphone system; the provider may also use its own equipment. The estimated value is an average of EUR 30,000 per year, and an open-ended contract is planned. The document invites suppliers to a market dialogue; it is not a request for tenders. The meeting will be held on Teams on 20 October 2026 from 13:00 to 14:00. To receive an invitation, email hankinnat@ttl.fi by 10:00 on 19 October 2026. Taking part in the market dialogue is not a condition for participating in the later procurement and does not affect a supplier’s position.
