Market dialogue invitation: framework agreement for road maintenance expert services

Summary

Väylävirasto is preparing a new framework agreement for expert services related to road maintenance and invites companies and other expert organisations in the field to take part in a market dialogue. The planned services may include studies and analyses related to planning, procurement and delivery of road maintenance; drafting guidance; analysing and modelling register and other data; providing expert input at meetings and in projects; preparing statements; and performing other expert tasks related to road maintenance. The final scope, structure and operating model of the framework agreement have not yet been decided. One option under consideration is to divide it into lots, for example, expert services for road upkeep and for pavement, repairs to paved roads and road markings. The estimated value of the planned procurement is approximately EUR 2–3 million. Companies are invited to complete a market dialogue questionnaire by 21 October at 16:00. This is a market dialogue for procurement planning, not a final invitation to tender.
