NordLab urgent transport services for samples and personnel

Summary

The tender concerns urgent sample and personnel transport services for NordLab. The service includes receiving transport orders through an application or another electronic channel, or via one central telephone number charged at the local-call rate; forwarding orders to drivers; arranging transport to the agreed quality; and providing billing and reporting. Electronic ordering must not incur additional costs for the contracting authority. Samples may be transported at room temperature, chilled or frozen, and may include cooling or heating elements or dry ice. During sample transport, the temperature in the vehicle’s cargo area must remain between +15 and +25 °C regardless of weather conditions. The service covers urgent and irregular transport in areas including Rovaniemi, Kemi, Oulu, Kajaani, Kokkola, Oulainen and Raahe, as well as personnel journeys to sampling locations in the Oulu area.
