Request for information: Finnish and Swedish language-learning services – invitation to market dialogue

Summary

The City of Helsinki is preparing a procurement of Finnish and Swedish language-learning services. The planned services include assessing the language skills of employees or prospective employees, providing Finnish and Swedish language training, and organizing, managing and providing pedagogical support for the services. This is currently a request for information ahead of a market dialogue, not an invitation to tender or a procurement procedure. Interested companies can participate by answering the request’s questions; the city may also hold discussions with participants but is not required to speak with everyone. Participation is free, and taking part in or declining the market dialogue will not affect participation in any future competition. The deadline for responding to the request for information is 14 October 2026.
