Call for Market Survey on the Procurement of the Evaluation of the Open Higher Education Student Voucher Pilot

The tender concerns a market survey for the procurement of the evaluation of the open higher education student voucher pilot. The Ministry of Education and Culture is preparing the procurement to evaluate the student voucher pilot for open higher education. The objective of the event is to gather views on topics such as potential evaluation themes, suitable methods and research designs, use of quantitative and qualitative data, project timeline and resourcing, risks and risk management, and reporting and communication solutions. The final content, scope and execution method of the procurement will be defined in a later tender request.
