Career planning workshops for adults with disabilities – ŚDS Międzychód No. 4

Summary

The procurement is for the delivery of career planning workshops for adults with disabilities at Środowiskowy Dom Samopomocy im. Świętego Jana Pawła II in Międzychód, No. 4. The target group includes adults with disabilities (including intellectual disability and long-term mental health conditions). The aim is to develop participants' career planning skills, job-search methods, CV preparation and interview readiness, and to document participation. The contractor must provide a program detailing objectives, learning outcomes, topics, hours, methods and assessment, plus documentation of participant involvement. Staffing must meet qualification requirements: at least one person with higher education and postgraduate qualifications in career counseling or higher education in career counseling; and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the last 5 years, including experience working with persons with disabilities. The workshops run Monday–Friday, 8:00–15:00, at Teresy Remiszewskiej 4, Międzychód, from contract signing until 29 December 2026, totaling 60 hours (two groups of five participants, 30 hours per group). The program and activity are funded under the EU funds (ESF+), and compliance with reporting and documentation obligations is required.
