Terrace renovation project of the Nordic Pavilion in Venice, Italy, and other additional works

Summary

The procurement concerns the execution of renovation works at the Nordic Pavilion in Venice, Italy. The works mainly involve repairing water infiltration in the storage areas behind the building by renewing waterproofing on the terrace and stairs, replacing tiling in the same areas, removing tiles from the top of the wall and repairing the concrete wall coping. The design has already been prepared by an external consultant; the contractor is responsible for carrying out the works in accordance with the contracting authority’s plans and is not responsible for design. One contractor will be appointed. The total value of all options may not exceed 15% of the estimated value of the original contract.
